Shipping & Delivery

At smooch, we value quality and sustainability. To reduce CO2 emissions and avoid overproduction, every poster is printed the moment you place your order.

1. Production Times Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand basis, the manufacturing of your artwork typically takes 2 to 4 business days. As soon as your print is finished and securely packaged, it is handed over to our shipping partners.

2. Shipping Times & Costs We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Germany: 2–4 business days after production.

• Europe (EU): 3–7 business days after production.

• International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs processing and destination country).

Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

3. Local Printing & Sustainability Through our partner Gelato, we utilize a network of over 100 printing facilities worldwide. This means your poster is typically produced at the facility closest to your delivery address. This saves time and protects the environment by significantly shortening transport routes.

4. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor the journey of your new artwork at any time.

5. Packaging To ensure your prints arrive safely and without creases, we use reinforced shipping tubes made from recycled cardboard. We are proud to say our packaging is 100% plastic-free.

6. Customs & Import Fees For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are levied by the respective country.
